Horizontal coil lifting device
Horizontal coil clamp is applied to load and unload horizontal steel coil(high-temperature hot rolled, cold rolled, galvanized ,color coated, stainless steel, titanium-nickle steel and silicon steel) and aluminum coils. Parallel move of clamp arm can be electric, mechnical or hydraulic lever method. The clamp can rotate electrically; clmap claw can rotate 90 degree eletrically or mechanically; and electrical test device and mechanical coil protection device can be provided. Simple horizontal roll hangets( such as manual hanger) can be provided. The electrical horizontal roll clamp series have obtained" practical new patent"( the patent number is 200520092603.5)
Product features
1. The clamp is driven by a torque motor and to realize clamp arm's move driven by the chain wheel rack and gear.
2. The clamp has the edge protection function. The internal lateral sides of the clamp legs are equipped with two pairs of
photoelectric correlative switches which make the clamp legs stop before contacting the steel coils so that the lateral
sides of the legs will not have contact with the steel coils and not hurt them during operation.
3. Height centering function. During operation, only when the photoelectric switches shine a beam through the center holes of
steel coils, is the clamp allowed to fasten, which makes it easy for operation
4. After the steel coils are lifted, the machine is deadlocked so that the clamp will not open even in case of error operations.
5. Clamp leg with surface protection pads:
A. The surface of clamp legs is equipped with a 20 mm-thick polyurethane layer.
B. The lateral bolts are fastened with polyurethane, and bottom bolts with aluminum protection plates.
6. The clamp can be equipped with a rotary head if necessary which can rotate within the scope of 360° during operation.
7. The clamp can be opened manually in case of accidents
